Facilities & Maintenance Contract

Taylered is engaged under a Building Services Contract to deliver general maintenance services at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. We manage the centre's facilities and maintenance program end-to-end: planning scheduled works, coordinating reactive response and supervising specialist trades, so operations run safely and smoothly in a live retail environment.

Our approach is compliance-led and disruption-aware. All works are recorded through the Principal's systems with auditable evidence and regular reporting, while statutory and WHS requirements are built into daily operations. We sequence disruptive tasks outside trading hours where required, maintain clear communication paths, and keep the asset presentation and availability to the standard the centre expects.
