Food Court Upgrade

Taylered was engaged to complete the demolition works as part of the broader Tweed City Food Court Upgrade. The scope included safe and systematic dismantling of structural and service elements within the food court to prepare the area for redevelopment.

Works involved the removal of ceilings, floor finishes, internal walls, fixtures, services, and redundant fire and electrical systems in line with Lendlease's safety and environmental protocols. All activities were coordinated to minimise disruption within the operational centre environment, with strict adherence to high-risk construction protocols and stakeholder management requirements.

By leveraging detailed planning and experienced on-site supervision, Taylered delivered the demolition phase efficiently, setting the stage for subsequent construction works under Lendlease's broader upgrade program.
