QML Tenancy Reconfiguration Works

Taylered was engaged to deliver tenancy reconfiguration works for a new QML fit-out. Scope included installation of a new IT wall, shopfront modifications with double and single doors, and associated demolition.

Service works comprised relocation of an existing unit, installation of a new submain, switchboard, exit signage, NBN cabling, and a new tenancy meter. Hydraulic works included new water and waste connections, trenching, scanning, reinforcement, and concrete reinstatement.

All works were completed under Taylered's project management, with management of authority approvals, and safety administration.
