Super Roof Structural Steel Remediation

Taylered was engaged to deliver structural steel rectification works to the Super Roof at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, in response to recommendations from a structural engineering inspection.

Scope included high-pressure cleaning, abrasive preparation, and application of a multi-coat Dulux protective coating system to the structural column splice plates. All works were conducted under strict night work protocols to minimise disruption to retail operations.

Additionally, custom-fabricated, powder-coated gutter brackets were replaced around the Super Roof perimeter, ensuring long-term structural support and aesthetic continuity. All works were completed with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational continuity in an active shopping centre environment.
